Definitions.
By accessing or using the Service, You agree to these Terms. If You do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm You are 18+ (or the age of majority in Your jurisdiction). Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data; using the Service also signifies acceptance of that policy.
Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under Your credentials. Do not share Your password. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may offer photo/ID verification to increase trust; verification confirms that a submission matched the moment of capture—it is not a guarantee of identity, safety, or suitability.
Twin Travel facilitates introductions only; we do not conduct criminal background checks, health checks, immigration checks, or safe-vehicle checks. Exercise caution when meeting others. You bear all risks from interactions on and off the Service, including travel risks. Use local laws and common-sense safety practices (meet in public places, share plans with trusted contacts, use in-app reporting tools).
You retain rights in Your Content. By posting Content, You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute the Content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Service. You warrant You have all rights necessary and that Your Content does not infringe third-party rights or laws.
You will not:
User Safeguards: Twin Travel provides in-app tools to report inappropriate users, block abusive accounts, and flag objectionable content or reviews. Reports are reviewed by our team, and accounts or content may be suspended or removed at our discretion.
We may remove or refuse any Content or suspend accounts at our discretion to protect users or enforce these Terms. Twin Travel includes:
Regular backups may occur but are not guaranteed; maintain Your own copies.
The Service, trademarks, and design are our property or our licensors’. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. You may not use our marks without prior written consent.
Links or integrations (e.g., maps, payments, analytics, verification vendors) are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
By providing contact details, You consent to receive service and marketing communications; You can opt out of marketing at any time.

We may remove material and terminate repeat infringers.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for any breach or risk to users. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service ceases. You may delete Your account at any time; certain residual data may be retained as required by law or legitimate interests (see Privacy Policy).
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/data. Our total liability for any claim is the amount You paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability or USD 100 (or equivalent), whichever is greater. Consumer law rights that cannot be disclaimed remain unaffected.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold Twin Travel harmless from claims arising from (a) Your Content; (b) Your interactions or conduct; (c) Your breach of these Terms or laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, excluding conflict rules. Venue/Arbitration (choose one):
EU/UK consumers: You retain mandatory protections of Your country of residence.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. No waiver is continuing unless in writing. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign to an Affiliate or in a merger. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will provide notice (e.g., in-app or email) at least 30 days before it takes effect where required. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
Subscription Benefits. Users may upgrade to "Twin Travel+" to access premium features, including but not limited to unlimited matches/chats, advanced filters, profile boosts, and profile visitor insights.
Plans and Pricing. We offer various subscription tiers:
Prices are in USD, may vary by country due to local taxes or exchange rates, and are subject to change with notice.
Billing and Auto-Renewal. Payment will be charged to Your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration as the original package unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management and Cancellations. You can manage Your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by accessing Your Account Settings in the Application Store (App Store or Google Play) after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
Free Trials & Offers. Any unused portion of a free trial period or introductory offer will be forfeited when You purchase a full subscription to the Service, where applicable.
